7.2 Tier Progression

VIP tier is determined based on the user's playing pattern and regularity. The specific criteria for moving to a higher tier are determined at ck55's sole discretion and ck55 reserves the right to change them at any time.

7.3 VIP Benefit Terms

VIP benefits are non-transferable and can only be used on the associated account. Cashback is generally calculated once per week. Cashback on inactive accounts may be cancelled after it expires.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ck55 and may result in immediate account closure.

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using another person's identity document or payment account.
• Using artificial bets or "arbitrage" strategies for the purpose of obtaining bonuses.
• Attempting to access the platform using hacking, bots or automated software.
• Engaging in fraudulent behaviour toward other users.

11Account Suspension & Closure
